Environment strategy
Default, development, test, and production environments with clear responsibilities and Managed Environments.
Governance · ALM · licensing
As soon as more than a handful of apps and flows are created, the Power Platform needs rules: Which data may go where, who may build what, and how does a solution move cleanly from development to production? Together with your IT department, I develop a governance model that protects without slowing you down.
01Use cases
Default, development, test, and production environments with clear responsibilities and Managed Environments.
Which connectors may be used together? Policies that restrict the use and combination of connectors while still letting people work - as one part of the security design.
Solutions, connection references, environment variables, and pipelines for traceable deployment.
Which apps, flows, and agents exist, who owns them, and who uses them? With inventory, recommendations, and analytics in the Power Platform admin center.
Which license for which solution - per app, per user, pay-as-you-go, or included in Microsoft 365.
Guardrails for business units that want to build their own solutions: templates, naming rules, an approval process, and points of contact.
02Approach
Consulting and implementation from a single source: whoever writes the concept also builds it - with no friction between consultant and developer.
Free and without obligation via Microsoft Teams: What is the challenge, what is the goal, and which licenses do you already have? Afterward, you will know whether and how the Power Platform fits your needs.
Together with the people who run the process every day: How does it work today, and where do manual handoffs between systems or media, delays, and errors occur?
Data model, screens, flows, permissions, and licensing - in writing, easy to understand, and with a clear effort estimate.
Short iterations, each with a working interim result. You see early on what is being built and can adjust course.
Acceptance, deployment to production, documentation, and handover to your team - so the solution does not depend on me.
If you wish, I will continue to support the solution afterward: enhancements, new requirements, and updates from Microsoft.
