For a manufacturing company, I implemented a multi-stage approval process for customer orders with Power Automate and SharePoint. Engineering, installation, order management, purchasing, and a second purchasing review handle approvals in sequence; rejections are routed back to the appropriate step with a required explanation. Nine flows, eight SharePoint lists, escalation, and an audit trail form the core system.

For a manufacturer of precision turned and milled parts, I designed and implemented a responsive canvas app for quality inspections in production. It determines which inspection characteristics are due for each machine, part, and inspection trigger, evaluates measured values against tolerances, and stores the results in an auditable form in SharePoint, with versioning and restricted editing rights. In addition, I advise on migrating an existing production app that has evolved over time into separate environments.
For an international automotive group, I created English-language learning paths, Q&A formats, and a 122-page handbook on developing Power Apps, working through a partner. This was later followed by guides that enabled employees to migrate their apps, flows, and SharePoint forms to a new Microsoft 365 tenant themselves.

FLAMOX365 - the platform for the fireplace and stove industry
Together with two co-founders, I founded FLAMOX365 GmbH. The software connects manufacturers, stove installers, and their end customers in one end-to-end process - from consultation through quote, order, and installation to the invoice. It grew out of almost five years of hands-on experience at a stove installation company.
My role focuses on processes: I bring real-world workflows into the platform, am responsible for the product catalog with more than 10,000 products, and manage work on data protection and contract documents, the website, and explainer videos - largely with AI support. My co-founders develop the software itself.
21 learning games in one month - developed with AI
Originally created for my daughter with an AI assistant, this collection includes 21 browser-based learning and movement games for preschool children: counting, arithmetic, reading, listening, telling time, money, and English - no registration, no ads, and available on computers, tablets, and smartphones.
I defined the requirements, made the instructional and design decisions, and tested every version on real devices. The AI wrote the code according to my specifications, tested it automatically, and published it via GitHub and Vercel.
