Consulting and implementation for the Microsoft Power Platform.

I analyze your processes, design the right solution, and implement it myself - with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365. For companies that want to move beyond planning digitalization and see it at work every day.

01Service areas

Everything related to the Power Platform.

My strengths are Power Automate (cloud flows) and Power Apps (canvas apps). I also bring the supporting expertise a solution needs in a business setting.

02Approach

Six steps. One point of contact.

Every project is different, but my approach is proven. After each step, you decide how to proceed.

  1. Initial consultation

Free and without obligation via Microsoft Teams: What is the challenge, what is the goal, and which licenses do you already have? Afterward, you will know whether and how the Power Platform fits your needs.

  2. Process analysis

Together with the people who run the process every day: How does it work today, and where do manual handoffs between systems or media, delays, and errors occur?

  3. Solution concept

Data model, screens, flows, permissions, and licensing - in writing, easy to understand, and with a clear effort estimate.

  4. Implementation in stages

Short iterations, each with a working interim result. You see early on what is being built and can adjust course.

  5. Rollout and handover

Acceptance, deployment to production, documentation, and handover to your team - so the solution does not depend on me.

  6. Further development

If you wish, I will continue to support the solution afterward: enhancements, new requirements, and updates from Microsoft.

03How I work

What you can expect from me.

Consulting and implementation from a single source

You talk to the person who also builds the solution. No handover between sales, consultant, and developer, no "game of telephone."

Honest assessment

Not every process needs an app. Sometimes a well-built SharePoint list or a single flow is the better solution - and then I say so.

Independent of me

Your solution belongs to you: documented, packaged in solutions, and built so that your team or another service provider can carry on.

More than 30 years in IT

In information technology since 1994, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform since 2018 - in mid-sized companies and large groups.

Certified up to architect level

From PL-900 to PL-600 Solution Architect Expert, plus RPA, Developer, Functional Consultant, and Azure.

Training by arrangement

No off-the-shelf courses: I tailor training sessions and workshops to your needs in consultation with you. I focus on sharing knowledge where it makes a difference - during the project, at handover, and in the documentation.

04Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

What does a Power Platform project cost?
That depends on the scope: a single flow can be implemented in a few hours, while a business application with an app, flows, and integrations takes a few weeks. After the initial consultation and a short process analysis, you receive a written proposal with a clear scope of work - at a fixed price or on a time-and-materials basis.
How soon can a project start?
Usually within a few weeks. Smaller tasks, such as analyzing a slow app or a single flow, can often start at short notice.
Do you offer training?
Yes, by arrangement. I focus on consulting and implementation, but I am happy to tailor training sessions and workshops to your team in consultation with you. Every project includes a handover and clear documentation.
What sizes of companies do you work with?
For companies of all sizes - my projects range from a business with one employee to a group with more than 100,000 employees. This offer is directed exclusively at businesses.
