Integrations & APIs

Your systems. Connected at last.

The best processes do not stop at the boundary of Microsoft 365. I connect Power Automate and Power Apps with ERP, accounting, CRM, signature services, and your own applications - via existing connectors, HTTP calls, or custom connectors.

  • REST · SOAP APIs of all kinds
  • Custom connectors reusable and secure

01Use cases

What I use integrations & APIs for

ERP and Business Central

Exchange orders, items, customer data, and documents between apps, flows, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Accounting

Automatically send invoices, accounting documents, and contacts to accounting systems such as sevDesk or Lexware, or retrieve them from those systems.

Digital signature

Send contracts and documents for signature via Adobe Acrobat Sign, track the status, and file the result.

CRM and sales

Synchronize contacts, inquiries, and cases between CRM and Microsoft 365 - including through older SOAP APIs.

Microsoft Graph and Power BI API

Manage users, groups, teams, calendars, files, and reports programmatically.

Custom connectors

Your API as a custom connector with OAuth 2.0 or an API key: built once, usable in all apps and flows.

02Approach

From the first conversation to a solution in production.

Consulting and implementation from a single source: whoever writes the concept also builds it - with no friction between consultant and developer.

  1. Initial consultation

Free and without obligation via Microsoft Teams: What is the challenge, what is the goal, and which licenses do you already have? Afterward, you will know whether and how the Power Platform fits your needs.

  2. Process analysis

Together with the people who run the process every day: How does it work today, and where do manual handoffs between systems or media, delays, and errors occur?

  3. Solution concept

Data model, screens, flows, permissions, and licensing - in writing, easy to understand, and with a clear effort estimate.

  4. Implementation in stages

Short iterations, each with a working interim result. You see early on what is being built and can adjust course.

  5. Rollout and handover

Acceptance, deployment to production, documentation, and handover to your team - so the solution does not depend on me.

  6. Further development

If you wish, I will continue to support the solution afterward: enhancements, new requirements, and updates from Microsoft.

Specialist retailer of fireplaces and stoves with delivery and installationsince 02/2022 Order processing for a stove retailer with Power Apps and SharePoint For almost five years, I developed the central order processing system for a fireplace and stove retailer with several companies and locations, based on SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps, and I still support it today. Quotes with digital signatures, invoices and payment reminders via sevDesk, Planner tasks, customer surveys with Forms, Power BI, and a mobile installation report on tablets all work together. It determines which inspection characteristics are due for each machine, part, and inspection trigger, evaluates measured values against tolerances, and stores the results in an auditable form in SharePoint, with versioning and restricted editing rights. In addition, I advise on migrating an existing production app that has evolved over time into separate environments. more than 100 employees Power Automate (cloud flows)Power Apps (canvas app, responsive design)SharePoint OnlineAzure SQLEntra ID and Microsoft 365 groups Read case study Automotive suppliersince 04/2022 Procurement and employee training with Power Apps at an automotive supplier For an automotive supplier, I digitized internal request processes with the Microsoft Power Platform. A canvas app for purchase requests to procurement has been in use company-wide since 2023; a second app covers seminar requests from application to feedback. 05Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

Our system has no ready-made connector - is it still possible?
Usually yes. If the system has a REST or SOAP API, I build a custom connector or call the API directly from Power Automate. If there is no API, a desktop flow (RPA) can serve as a bridge.
How are integration credentials protected?
Credentials do not belong in flows or apps. I use connections with OAuth, environment variables of type "Secret" with Azure Key Vault, and service accounts with only the permissions they need.
